Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect what you type into the quote form, plus standard website analytics. We use it to respond to you and, with the request you made, to match you with vetted specialty movers as coverage opens. We do not sell your information to lead lists or data brokers. Our free tools run in your browser and do not require an account or an email.

What we collect

• Quote requests: name, email, optional phone, ZIP code, and the job details you write. Sent to us by email infrastructure (Resend) when you submit the form.
• Tool state: the hot tub checklist saves your checkbox progress in your own browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device.
• Analytics: standard page-view analytics (pages visited, referrer, general device info) to understand what content helps. No analytics profile is tied to your quote request.

How we use it

• To reply to your quote request, including the honest "not in your area yet" reply.
• To build the job brief you asked for and share it with vetted movers matched to your job, so they can quote it.
• To let you know when vetted coverage opens near you, if it was not available when you wrote in.
• To improve the site's content and tools in aggregate.

We share your contact details only with vetted movers relevant to your specific request, with service providers that run this site (hosting and email delivery), or where the law requires it. We do not sell your information, and we do not post your request to open lead marketplaces.

Retention and your choices

We keep quote requests while they are active and for a reasonable period afterward so we can honor "tell me when coverage opens." Want your request deleted, or a copy of what we hold about you? Email support@oddloadmovers.com and we will handle it.

Cookies and third parties

We keep third-party embeds to a minimum. Analytics may set its own cookies or identifiers; hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under their own security programs. External links (for example, to FMCSA.gov) take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Children

This site is for adults planning moves and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes and contact
